We started with one branch and with Onyx Pro systems, and now we have opened 11 branches. We started our project with a clear and ambitious plan. Praise be to God. Our experience in marketing perfumes and cosmetics gives us the ability to achieve the results we plan. The important thing is that we know where we want to reach, so we took the right way from the beginning and reached what we wanted. We are still setting new goals and ambitions.

In our success story, I will present our paths in the project including personal will, responsible decisions and specialized practices, and I, Mohammed Al Hammadi – General Manager of Rawafed Perfumes, will relate them to you, and I hope that they give you a balance of vision and experience.



Project outset
:

We started the first year of the project working with the vision of establishing the project without using a system, so we took time in many procedures for arranging and organizing work. We had many needs, the most important of which were:

  • End the slow procedures due to manual operations.
  • Regulate employees work procedures like attendance and entitlements.
  • Real-time monitoring of liquidity to control its course and pay our financial obligations on time.
  • Daily monitoring and evaluation of the results of our work in various locations.
  • Direct follow-up of stock movement and circulation of goods in our branches.
  • Obtain reports and account statements as soon as possible.


Handling needs
:

  • We decided to use Onyx Pro systems and started implementation in our offices by mid 2006 after training our staff.
  • We relied on Onyx Pro systems to fulfill our important needs and overcome performance shortcomings during the first year, and we obtained additional solutions.
  • We adhered to task procedures and steps in Onyx Pro systems to carry out our work.

  • The system benefits us not only in the financial aspects, but also in the psychological aspects and in our relations with people and clients.


Our commitments
:

When using Onyx Pro systems, it is necessary to adhere to the correctness of the premises so that you reach correct results, and this represents our administrative commitment to quality. For example:

  • We set all informational and digital input procedures.
  • We allocated the operations of each branch separately so that the results of each branch are correct.
  • We designed the chart of accounts that is appropriate to our activity and our management
  • We built an outstanding staff in accounts, auditing and financial management.


Our success story
:

70% of what we have achieved is attributed to Onyx Pro systems. The journey of 9 years of hard work and multiple successes is basically linked to Onyx Pro, and it was impossible to achieve any success without Onyx Pro.



These are the most important aspects of our successes:

  • We started using Onyx Pro systems with one branch, and now we manage 11 marketing branches and 4 wholesale offices in Yemen.
  • We achieved 100% inventory control.
  • We committed ourselves to the administrative organization of work in the accounting and administrative tasks.
  • With confidence, we plan to open new branches, start new activities, open export offices, and hire a larger number of beneficiaries.
  • The positive impression from the public, customers and suppliers distinguishes us greatly due to the accuracy of our work because we use Onyx Pro systems.


My recommendation
:

In principle, I thank those in charge of Onyx Pro systems for their considered capabilities and distinguished services, and my recommendation to businessmen and business owners is to trust Onyx Pro systems to develop and expand their business and achieve many successes. As for me, it was impossible to expand my work or achieve any success without Onyx Pro systems. Finally, I wish security, safety and stability for our country, Yemen, and all Arab countries.
